I write below about the bad Greek customer experience. He and I have been interested in buying the same second-hand bike. The problem has been that we have been served by different commercials, and I think I was the first interested. Trinkner did not ask me for money to reserve the bike and when I stated that I was buying it, he removed the ad. It is not the first time this has happened to me ... this time it has been me. I do not think that this circumstance is a reason to misjudge a dealership you have not visited or people who work worried about many things every day. Achim has treated me as he says on his website, close contact and very fast. They have sent me photos and even a Spanish worker called me. I have had 25 bikes of all brands and styles, I have dealt with many people. For me, Achim leaves his life in his work and I think that they do not sell motorcycles, they sell friendship, enthusiasm ... Great professional, who speaks wonders of all his team ,,,, 5 stars NO, 10 stars!

Realy bad experience. I spoke with mister christian herrman on wednesday 10/06/2020 for a motorbike. We agreed on the price and i sended him all the needed information in order to make the payment and take the motorbike. From this day and for the rest of the week he didn t answer to my mail. I tried repeatedly to speak with him via mobile phone. He was always busy and the secratary kept telling me that she will inform him so that he can call me back but he never did. In saturday i FINALY found him . Can you imagine that he told me in the same phone call that the bike is reserved for me and that the next week i can take the bike and two minutes later he told me that the bike is reserved for someone else. Notice that from the first day that we spoke he deleted the advertisment and told that everything is ok . It is a shame for a honda dealer to behave like that to a customer. I will also try to complain to the official honda for that behaviour.

Ich war vor gut 2wochen dort und wollte mich über einen Kauf eines Motorrades erkundigen, leider wurde mein Kaufinteresse nicht ernst genommen nun haben ich mich um einen anderen Händler bemüht und bin dort fündig geworden.

Habe hier einen Roller gekauft wurde sehr gut beraten . Sehr Freundliche Mitarbeiter, alles Top . Mit dem Roller bin ich auch sehr zufrieden lässt sich sehr gut fahren .

Herr Wachtl vermittelt zu jeder Zeit einen kompetenten Eindruck und nimmt sich für seine Kunden viel Zeit. Er pflegt den persönlichen Kontakt zum Kunden und ist dabei in seinem Auftreten locker und zuvorkommend, mit dem optimalem Maß an Professionalität. Die Übergabe des Motorrads erfolgte in aller Ruhe, mit ausführlicher Einweisung in die Elektronik, etc.. Hierbei verdeutlichte sich der technische Sachverstand von Herrn Wachtl und der Eindruck, dass er die Prdoukte von Ducati bestens kennt. Die Firma als ganzes liefert eine sehr saubere Umgebung, mit einer gut aufgestellten Verkuafsfläche und ist damit ein regelrechtes Biker-Paradies. Der Service im Vorfeld und während der Kaufabwicklung ist hervorragend. Es wird ein technisches Check-Up mit ggf. allen durchzuführenden technischen Erneuerungen bzw. Flüssigkeitswechseln, auch bei Gebrauchtmotorrädern durchgeführt, SUPER!
