I recently bought a new Hyosung from these guys back at the end of August, after a few ride outs i noticed a strange sound coming from the bike and reported it to Lightning Storm immediately. After getting it to the shop i was informed it may take a while to fix due to nature of the issue, although frustrating what kept me cool is that the guys there were good enough to keep me in the loop every week as to whats happening with the bike and when I could expect it back. They will take it into their own hands to contact you and make you aware rather than having to constantly call up and ask! Although frustrating that the issue occurred, these things do happen, but when handled with the professionalism that these guys have you feel in safe hands! Well done Mark and the team at Lightning Storm, you have my full support! :D

Excellent service. Brought a new bike from them yesterday and the quality and service was superb. Would recommend them to anyone looking for a new bike.
Bought new Mash Roadstar 400 for my husband as a surprise. The owner was very helpful and organised taxing it for me so it was ready to ride as soon as we arrived. Has had it’s first service, a great bike to ride. Very polite and helpful staff. Also bought helmet, jacket etc. Good range, knowledgeable staff, good prices.
I have bought a Bullit Hero and a Royal Alloy from Lightning Storm Motorcycles in the last 3 months and the service on both occasions was excellent. Despite living a considerable distance away form the showroom (Suffolk to Scotland), I was able to buy with confidence following a number of very helpful discussions on the phone and detailed email correspondence. Emails were answered quickly and, without me asking, I was sent many photographs of each bike and equipment when I was considering making a purchase which was very helpful. The owner (Mark) and all the staff I have dealt with from reception to sales, servicing and parts were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Motorcycle delivery was timeous and done by professionals which added confidence to the whole experience. I have subsequently ordered service packs for one of the bikes and they arrived as promised. After-sales support has been excellent when I needed to contact the team. Overall, I've enjoyed a very positive experience when buying from the team and it's clear that they care about their products and customers. Mark and his team have proven to be as good as their word on every occasion, which when doing business from afar, is crucial. I am expected to maintain very high standards in my own line of work, so I also expect the same from others and I'm very particular about attention to detail and quality of service. The team delivered on all counts and I'd happily buy from them again. Highly recommended and a pleasure to deal with.
