I've had the pleasure of working for this Interpreting agency for about a year and a half, they are extremely fair and look out for their interpreters as well as their clients. My opinion is respected and I can come to the Owners at any time day or night and they will guide me on what to do. I do a lot of last minute assignments because of my schedule but they are always willing to provide the information I need to perform my job effectively. Highly recommended!! Some of the nicest people I have worked with have been because of this agency. They have done their part of educating people on how to work with deaf clients and interpreters.

Interpreters from this agency provided excellent services. The agency is easy to work with and will never let you down. If you are looking for professional services use this group of interpreters.

They always made sure to use highly-qualified sign language interpreters for any tasks they are given. I haven’t had any disappointment with this agency thus far. It’s definitely one of the best agencies in Northeast Florida.

I was happy with the quick service Interpreter Source LLC provided. Professional from the beginning to the end. I also felt warm and connected with the people in the agency. Will ask them again.

As a Deaf person, I have worked with MANY interpretering agencies over the years (all over the Northeast and Southeast of the United States) and have gotten to know MANY interpreters. You would be surprised to know how many interpreters I have dealt with over the years that are not up to par because many interpretering companies, sad to say, usually look out only for their bottom lines (cheap interpreters subpar interpreting services for the Deaf customers or for clients that provide services to Deaf customers). The result is always a low-quality product that puts a bad taste in clients’/customers’ mouths. For example, they will send whoever is available (even a subpar one) in a heartbeat just to make a quick buck without giving a second thought to customizing to the client’s specific needs. Some interpreters are good for one area (such as Legal/court jobs because they have an expertise in legal jargons) while other interpreters are a good fit for medical jobs (medical jargons), for example. And if customers or clients express their concerns, they turn ‘a Deaf ear’ to this and/or try to cover it up, and deflect the blame on customers/clients for not trying to work with the interpreters and pocket the money. However, I am happy to tell this company does care and value the needs of clients/customers by matching interpreters to clients/customers and this is why I have stuck with them for the past 4 years. The bottom line is they strive to provide high-quality services or will ensure you are satisfied. They do listen – and you will get your money worth. I would strongly think about using this company if you are seeking high-quality interpreters, timely and fast service, and great customer service. They’re definitely ‘A good bang for your buck.’
