We have used Deaf services twice within the past two weeks. The first time was via Zoom, and that did not go well. So I opted to try the "in person" translator services. That went beautifully, our translator was very sweet and communicated well with the patient and staff. Our patient left her appointment that day very happy with our choice to help her. We will use the "in person" option the next time we need a translator.
