We recently purchased a used Lincoln at another dealership and needed to bring it in to Ray Pearman Lincoln to have a recall repaired. Even though we did not purchase the MKX from them, they treated us like valued customers and provided top-notch service, going above and beyond to check out our SUV to make sure everything was running smoothly -- and made some repairs free of charge when they found issues. A attention to detail and customer service. We will definitely go back in the future for service and repairs. If you do have a service issue, ask for Richard -- he is wonderful.

Always receive quick attentive service. Service writers keep me in the loop during repairs. Attention to detail is appreciated. The price for service is fair. My car is always cleaned before I get my keys. I would recommend the dealership and the service department to anyone. All first class.

I went there (out of my market) for a used vehicle and ultimately asked about the newer model. They were very patient and forthright in their approach. The buying experience was very smooth and they accommodated my unique requirements. My only regret, is that I won't be using them for service because I am closer to a Lincoln dealer within my own market. If their Service is like the acquisition, it is surely top notch. I'd recommend them to anyone buying in this category, with no reservations.

This was the best and easiest car buying experience I have ever had. We stopped to look at their lot and weren't even in the market for a car. The car I had really wanted for 5 years was on there lot at a price that we could afford. Shannon Mullins was great! He got together all of the paperwork, financing was quick and easy and was done through the company we wanted it with and payments were exactly in the range that we told him was within our budget. I have had other places tell you they can and then come back with something that is 50-100 more per month. Not at Ray Pearman! They are true to their word and gave us a great deal on a car I have wanted for a very long time.
