Diepholz is great! Ben Slater greeted us with his trademark friendliness and enthusiasm, and Drew was super helpful in assisting with a Malibu settings issue we couldn't figure out. We swung by on a whim, and he had it fixed in a matter of minutes. Excellent!

We traveled to Diepholz in Charleston from Sidney to check out a low mileage Toyota we noticed on their website. John Bush reached out to us via email as well as telephone once we showed our interest through the website. John went out of his way to accommodate our needs, even offering to hand us over to another salesperson if his time frame didn't meet ours. We stuck with Mr. Bush as our sales contact. We are glad we did. He is super friendly, very knowledgeable and even if he didn't have an exact answer for a question, he made sure to find the answer for us. We felt no pressure and had an overall great experience. When we are in the market for another vehicle we will definitely take a look again at Diepholz in Charleston Illinois. I love the service team at Diepholz. I moved an hour away several years ago but I always drive to Diepholz for all of my service needs. They go above and beyond to help no matter the situation. Sherry and team ARE the reason I keep coming back. Logan sold me my last car and I couldn't be happier and I've had it for 6 years!! Their waiting room is very nice and they have free coffee. On Saturdays they have free donuts and free car washes! I highly recommend Diepholz!!!
