I went into this premises in good will and I was fulled in the worse way. I had the most horrible experience of my life. The lying, the cheating, and the double talk of false promises were unbelievable. BEWARE, DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS PEOPLE ON THE PRE OWNED DEPARTMENT, AND IN THE FINANCE DEPARTMENT. THE ROBE YOU BLIND.
They sold me a lemon - they swore the car was in prime condition. The check engine light went on only TWO days of owning the car. I have had the car for ONE MONTH, and I have had to go to various mechanics seven times now. I have had to replace the transmission valve body, thermostat, battery, and still need to replace engine turbo, cv boot, and brake hoses. When I went to go use my 30-day warranty, they said nothing was wrong with the car even though I had a list of problems from a diagnostic test done at another certified mechanic. Neil lied to my face saying he took it to the mechanic at another dealership in the morning... when earlier on the phone he said he was at an auto auction all morning. Really needs to learn to watch what he says and at least lie convincingly. The car also had 200 miles on it from one day to the next. Now my warranty is up, and the check engine light went on AGAIN. I am already thinking of selling the car after the first month of having it, DO NOT GO TO THIS SHITHOLE. This is the worst car dealership on the planet, and they should be ASHAMED of THEMSELVES.

Worst service experience ever! I purchased my 2015 MKZ from Margate Lincoln in January, when I decided to take it in for service that required my vehicle to stay overnight, I was denied a loaner vehicle because I am 22. What offends me the most is that I purchased this car and I am the registered owner, I was spoken to like it was not mine. I don't understand how they could sell me a car and not honor a warranty loaner, I find that very ridiculous. I literally live across another Lincoln dealership that has given me a loaner in the past, despite my age and the fact that I didn't purchase it at that dealership. I wasted my time, put in 50 unnecessary miles in my car and had to cancel appointments with clients to make my worthless appointment with the service advisor.
