I just want to say how absolutely incredible my experience was. PAM and HENRY were amazing! I seriously never write reviews but this was worth the write. Erika Stone-Miller at Toyota of Lincoln Park was fantastic! For the past 6 months or so I've been trying to find a Rav4 in the specific trim and with the bells and whistles that I wanted, but was not really having much luck. Erika saw my request for details come through their website and promptly got back to me to get additional information around my must haves. Within a few hours, she had found an exact match and was able to acquire it from another local dealer for transport to the LP location. When I arrived to the dealership, Erika was friendly and extremely helpful in answering all of my questions, getting me additional details around line items, and helping me feel comfortable with making the purchase. She was straightforward and forthcoming with everything, and didn't try and push anything that I wasn't interested in. Closing with financing was painless, and I was able to walk out with my new car within a few hours after arriving. Would highly recommend and they will definitely have my business in the future.

At the tender age of 32 I bought my first car without my parents being present. I also bought my first car that I didn't have to settle for. It was a car that I knew I wanted and John the GM went and got me that exact car that no dealership had or even tried to get me; the 2021 Toyota Corolla Nightshade Edition. I worked with Humza and he explained everything to me about the process of buying a car. He was patient, friendly, thorough, and not overbearing or pushy. Francarlo was also very nice when he billed us out. Buying a car can be stressful and they definitely made the process so much easier for me. I appreciate their hustle so much!
