Superb experience yet again via this remarkable team of dedicated folk. My appt. at 10 AM 23/11/20 for my annual diabetic check, went as smooth as always, very little waiting time. A member of reception was so helpful in opening the main doors to the building (twice) I saw nurse Stacey as per usual, she once more being her usual, professional, kind and thoughtful self. I enjoy this type of visit! Pity only a yearly event :) VBW Glenn x

Nurse, Doctors fantastic, reception an absolute disgrace. My mum had just come out of hospital, a few days later I took her there because she wanted to talk to reception to querie an appointment. The reception said over the intercom she had to phone in. She immediately went home to phone reception. They just will not answer the phone. Absolute piss poor service.

I suffered dizzy spells gradually getting worse, I had the normal tests. I was told nothing was wrong then a week later I collapsed. Fortunately I was seen by a different Doctor(she has since left the practice). Who actually checked my blood test results and for the past 3 years to discover the iron in my blood was getting lower and lower. Until i was severely anemic. Never received so much as an apology for such gross negligence

I would like to praise all the staff at the surgery. I am so grateful to Dr Salwan and reception staff for giving me the best care as always. I am so glad that I am a patient at this practice and they deserve all the praise. Wonderful Surgery .

Reception staff have always been helpful and polite. Every doctor I have seen have listened and been really pleasant. Suprised by the negative reviews! I changed my doctors to this one and was the best decision I made.
