Honestly the best practice I have ever been a patient of! They accommodate so many appts you would normally go to the hospital for like scans and even seeing certain specialists. There isn't a doctor I don't like and you can see they genuinely care . A great team all round!

Congratulations. You just received my lowest review. Having been from brighouse originally and moving to area and requiring a gp, I have to say my experience for booking appointments in the mad opening rush is crazy, never had this rush before and when getting appointment anywhere else..when I did get in for my hand pain and then end up having a flu vaccine jab in the process was abit unfair because if I wanted I would of stated it.not to the words of, I will look at your hand after I giving you this.

I can't fault this practice the way my husband has been treated today, I rang about some suspicious moles he as was asked to send photos gp rang with in 10mins to ask questions then receptionist chloe rang him back with a urgent appointment for tuesday for a dermatologist appointment, I really think this is the way forward for appointments, thanks to all at sunny bank
