It's really posh in here, poshest GP I've ever seen anyway. Hard to get through though if the line is busy as its a guessing game when to call back, no que or anything. Doctor that saw to me was very nice! :)

Walk In Clinic Not Fit for Purpose. This is not a dig at Spring Vale Medical Centre, or any staff that work there, just a mere observation of your nonsensical system which is most likely designed by higher management on a decent salary. A Town would expect better from them to be honest. If you allow all the mornings walk in slots to be booked up in advance (All booked by 9am this morning), then is this not the same as having an appointment system under another name. The only difference is your making the sick walk to your door to book an appointment, to then walk home again, and return later in the morning to attend an appointment time you gave them. Could that not be done over the phone ? As someone who suffers Diurnal depression I find it difficult to make the earlier times, Infact at times its impossible to make those times, so I find the system all but of no use to myself. Then If I want to book an appointment with my own GP the waiting time becomes 10 days. Again, thats not really the best of services your offering there. It's not a walk in clinic, its an appointment system your running each morning. If thats what your running then why not just return to the old system ?

Worst doctors I have ever been to the receptionist are very unhelpful and rude one was particularly rude when trying to book an appointment. I now only get my prescription from there never see a doctor there is no point. Gave the practice a star out of politeness should be no star rating
