I went to Hollywood Detox in Nov of 2019 for 54 days give or take. It was the GREATEST experience of my life.I have been drinking and drugging for 40!!!!40 years 5 detox treatment centers and a list of emotional issues. Hollywood saved me. I can't say enough... I am a person I did not know could be there. I was afraid Hollywood helped me CONQUER my fears. Praise GOD my life has changed. Thank you thank you thank you.

My cousin went here after testing dirty at work. He had been keeping his addiction a secret for years and we had no idea what to do. We were referred to Hollywood detox by a friend. He was really scared and worried about going to treatment for the first time but Drew and his team were amazing. They made my cousin feel right at home and provided a safe place for him to heal and start to work on his underlying issues. He came out unrecognizable and has been an incredible husband and father to his two sons. I’m in tears writing this. Thank you.

I went through HDC back in January of this year and my experience was phenomenal! The staff is amazing and honestly care about the clients. I truly felt at home and was treated almost more like a peer rather than looked down on by staff. The program director, clinical director, and rest of staff would actually sit down and share meals with us, check in to see how we were doing daily, and knew everyone by name which you just don't see in other facilities. The accommodations were comfortable, the property well-kept, and I would recommend HDC to anyone seeking recovery from addiction in actual therapeutic environment.

This place is terrible. Badly organized and many people relapse inside the facility. You can't get kicked out so if your trying to stay sober coming here is not the option. Many people will relapse sinse staff don't care about life's. They won't get kicked out either. Very angry with this place. They also held my stuff for 72 hours and demanded that I wait for it, your held hostage once you stay. In other words, you have to run away and be without any of your items for 72 hours and they refused to switch me to another rehab facility. They also lost a lot of my items, including a credit card, ebtfood stamps, and my Obama phone. You will be sued!

My daughter attended your treatment cenet and charged her cash for 30 days since ins would not pay. She left after 5 days. If her ins would have paid, your pymnt would have stopped after day 5. Since she paid cash, your facility refused to refund or prorate her fee. Now i have letter from ins where uou are trying to collect for the same stay you were already paid from YOU CHARGED A SELF PAY PERSON MORE THAN AN INSURED. JUST BECAUSE HER INS EONT PAY YOU WONT RETURN MY CALLS YOU WONT REFUND ANY MONEY TO HER. FRAUD

Detox was rough for at 55 u should feel pain so u dont forget what u r here 4 i called they didnt call me staff food housing program wonderful aa or na twice a day than in house programs the rest the information i recievd was the best
