Only been dealing with for a couple days and so far the staff has been rude and has the knowledge of a middle school student. I drove 2 hours to drop of clothes and was refused visitation but numerous vehicles in visitor parking spaces. Spoke with what was said to be a nurse who could care less what medication the patient was on or that the person is a Veteran and should have been take to the VA where the regular physicians are. I was told point blank their at our facility and our doctors will see them and give them what medications they see fit. I believe this place need a surprise visit from the board of health and Human Resources. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL.

Most of the staff other than a couple has very much knowledge of there job. I was here for anger management.. I came out feeling so much better.god bless the staff and doctors. Always know guys everybody has a story. We all should be treated equal. My hats off to joe ,Tiffany in meds you are a beautiful lady with much knowledge of your job. And you were meant to work with people as your kind WAS THE FIRST THING I NOTICED.thanks staff.. God bless you each. Stay strong .. WE ARE ALL IN THIS TO HELP EACH OTHER TOGETHER

Great place I was there when it was a 30 day facility now I'm almost 3 years sober.

Just got out after being here for a week. Most of the staff was very rude and I only saw my therapist once ONCE after being here FOR A WEEK. And they forced us to go to group therapy sessions. Group therapy isn’t for everyone and personally makes me anxious. They gave me meds instead of talking to me about my issues. If I ever have to go back to a mental hospital, I’ll never go here. -10/10

Upon entering there was a roach in the exam room ceiling. Was there one week and saw a therapist one time. More like a glorified nursing home. Tv is left on all day except when it’s time for a “group” when all they do is ask you the same five questions. Staff also made it very hard to communicate with patents family. Very understaffed, employees cussing all day. Staff also took a violent patient from the “bad side” and put him with others, endangering patients in the process. When asked why he was on this side, the staff simply said “the violent” side just didn’t want to deal with him. If you love your family member I would suggest never sending them here. This place is more about collecting the insurance money than “healing” people. I wouldn’t put a stray dog here much less a human being.
