I went to this Urgent care place because I was not feeling well. The wait was no long and the people at the front desk were very nice with me. I did not have my insurance card like a physical copy and the front desk people helped me and allowed me to email it to them. In addition, the staff is really nice and really friendly. I’ve taken Covid test before and it’s so uncomfortable the person who administer my test told me don’t worrying that he’s going to be a gentle giant and he was. I can’t think of enough and the doctor was really nice as well and gave me medicine to help me to feel better. I used to go to City MD I will never go back there and will only come to this Urgent Care plus they are open late and they care about you and your well-being

Extremely rude, unprofessional doctor. Her name is Dr. Cobat. I came in with pain all over my body. I wasn't even given discharge papers?? They weren't compassionate at all and it was an unpleasant experience. I will never go there again. If you really don't want to be there, don't put your problems on anyone else. Horrible.

I was hesitant to post this review, however after hearing from another friend who had a horrible experience at the Urgent MD in Hewlett I felt it was necessary. Two weeks ago my 21 year old daughter went in with complaints of discharge and a cyst/visible mass in her lower eyelid. She was seen by a female doctor who was condescending and before she could finish cut her off and stated, \It's just a sty.\ We all are taking extra precautions because of COVID but doctors sign up for this. Luckily, I have prepared my daughter to to advocate for herself. She was adamant that the doctor look at it and was prescribed drops. When she asked for discharge papers, she was given progress notes with no assessment or plan. At the pharmacy it turns out the doctor may have realized that it might be more than a sty and actually prescribed drops, oral antibiotics and ophthalmic antibiotic ointment. No explanation! Typically we have a good experience but this doctor qas horrible. We are questioning if it is related to race or age or both. My daughter is Black and young.

Super unfriendly staff. I called 4 times to ask a simple question and no one answers the phone. After driving down there, the woman behind the counter didnt even bother looking up from her phone to answer my question. VERY rude and unpleasant people.

i did not have a long wait i had the covid test with swab after a person at my new jprizon had the virus and would like to know the results i was tested wed at 7 and ido not know the dotor and cannot get thru left emaiol address cannot go back to new horion until i now the result I HAVE SENT THREE EAMILS AND I HAVE NOT GOT A RESPONSE I NEED ANSWER TO TH E TEST IT IS THREE DAYS NO ANSWER ON PHONE
