You don't notice you are walking through the site of a Roman Villa as the area is taken over by trees and woodland. This place needs more publicity if it is to be more recognised.

I went yesterday for the first time and I loved it, I'm discovering many good places during this quarantine in Guildford
Unfortunately there are no ruins as part of the old site has been removed and built houses on but the woodland is great for the kids to run around and there are a couple of open fields for kids to spot bugs, birds and other wildlife my kids love going with me
You won't find any roman villa there. It is a nice walk away from the busy streets.
Unexpected lovely place to walk, alot of rubbish about though.
