I've been ringing the council, for 4 days. Back and fro back and fro, just to get a parking permit. Finally got a lovely lady who gave me instructions on how to do it, and a phone number if I couldnt, and she'd talk me through it. Don't know what the ladies name was, but hopefully someone will know. I phoned 856100 and spoke to receptionist???. Well anyway we'll done that lady, I did it by your instructions thank you so much.

Funny Things

Need emergency help and was told they're 15mins before the end of their shift and they won't be able to help me. They suggested either calling the police or giving them a ring the next day. They were very rude to me when I wasn't and didn't want to hear what I needed help with as their are people whom are worse off then me and its 15mins before she clocks off so she won't be helping me. DISGRACEFUL BEHAVIOUR BY THIS COUNCIL. South Norfolk Council are much nicer!!!!

Absolutely useless! Don't give a damn about the local people (who pay their wages through council tax!). They spend a fortune on new plants in the park & surrounding area, but aren't concerned about how clean the place is - unless its tourist season. Town Hall staff aren't the most helpful. Yarmouth Council are so backward-thinking & clueless on how to make the area better!
