We were delighted with such a speedy response from the Council. We had telephoned a Lib Dem local councillor and been given telephone numbers to ring for help. I am almost 85 and my wife will be 77 in December. We were handed a box of \goodies\ by two volunteers and did not have to pay anything. Is the cardboard carton required again? If so, how will it be collected? Thank you so much for such a speedy service.

I pay council tax every year I'm registered in the council tax and they sent me this letter if I don't get registered for elections they will take place in my house

I've lived in Eastbourne before and for various reason moved to Rother and back to Eastbourne again. I have to say that my time in Rother was knightmarish. I am SO happy to have moved back to Eastbourne. The council itself is amazing. Friendly staff who know how to do their jobs, lots of activities and things to do everywhere and they maintain and keep things looking fantastic. I cannot praise Eastbourne council enough as they really do spend their money wisely to make it a beautiful place to live in. Keep up the fantastic work!
