Useless! Hot on PCN's, pursuing council tax etc but utterly useless when it comes to service delivery. One example is every Xmas they issue clear bag(s) for each household for the extra rubbish generated at Xmas and due to no bin collections due to the hols but they never collect these clear bags. Always left strewn across the city and end up ripped by vermin creating a mess! That's just one example btw, I would need a lifetime to list other ngtves/issues but a second or less to list any pstves

Late on my first day back in uni because you guys decided to remove the freaking scooters which I was relying on. Thanks a lot, the most amazing thing about this unsafe city is gone.
Really nice red brick building in the city centre, with a niece tower with a clock, and some sculptures on its facade, probably Kong’s or Lords. And also coats of arms.
Totally useless, only good with taking your money but good luck if you need anything from them. What is their online service for if they never respond to requests such as reporting missed bin collection
