Horrible customer service. I have constantly problem with Moca valet. I called there 4 times, send emails to resolution centre. I still can't top up after 4 days. UNCAPABLE! It happened to me a year ago too. I have vn bank account because of them as they canceled the possibility to link European card and use the promotions and have cheaper fares. It's so sad there is no alternative in Hanoi.

I try to use my credit card to grab it's been a year and doesn't work. Grab company won't give me verify code to use the moca wallet or pay by credit.
OVERCHARGED us by 150k.. grab taxi is a joke.. we were supposed to only pay 353k.. do not use grab taxi at all!! Greedy rude vietnamese man!
Awful monopolist scum. Since Uber exited the market, they charge 2-3 times the amount as before. It’s much cheaper to take a local taxi
I live in Hanoi and have had a lot of problems with Grab, especially recently . The drivers often refuse to take the fastest route and can be very very aggreseive.They wont use GPS and are often totally pig headed and hostile I have had three drivers scream and yell at me and many more be silent and passive aggressive. . Grab prices have increased significantly recently too. I find small local taxis better as a resident . You dont get the rip off companies near where I live and work .
The company might be ok, but the car drivers are thieves and threaten you! Nearly had a stand up fight with one who decided to accept my request for a car (made on the iphone ap) then stopped and had lunch around the corner of where we were waiting and didn't turn up. 5 minutes went by, then 10, then 15, so I went to look for him. Found the car easy enough and this one dude was watching me scope the car out from his table while eating. I asked if it was his car and he threatened me for checking out his car (obviously he knew I had come to see where he was - probably didn't expect that!). Quite the stand off... until he sped off in the opposite direction. Another time (more than 2x now) the car driver stops before the pre determined drop off point and demands you to get out. Then you still end up paying full fare for half a ride... If you can avoid these people at ANY cost, do so. Nothing like Uber at all, and drivers cannot be trusted. Company sends out standard "sorry for your experience" emails and thats it. Nothing else.
Grab Vehicle Driver in Hanoi is very smart and can negotiable if we change the route .
