What are you doing with drivers cancelling without valid reason? Poor service. It's very disappointing. Your drivers need seminars. From now on, I will shift to food panda.
My daughter and granddaughter took Grab when they went to SM City on Thursday 5 March. My granddaughter brought with her Binski, her favourite plush toy. She never goes anywhere without this toy which I bought for her when she was 3 months old. Binski is like her security blanket. When they alighted from the car, they didn't notice Binski was left behind. That night, my daughter sent me messages that my granddaughter, who's now 20 months old could hardly sleep and was looking for her Binski. As a grandparent, I felt the pain the baby was feeling. She must be heartbroken. I couldn't sleep with worry. I made phone calls the following day to trace the toy. Luckily, the driver still have it with him. It was returned earlier today, Saturday. My granddaughter was asleep when Binski returned but woke up when she heard Binski's sound (Binski's got this tinkling sound inside her body) and when she saw Binski, her smile was so wide and the happiness on her face was so heart-wrenching. She reached out for Binski, kissed and hugged her tightly. I saw the reunion via video sent by my daughter. It was worth all the effort I took to make calls and send messages to the Grab Center. Thanks so much for helping us locate Binski again!

wow ive used grab for years and spend a lot of money every week. today I was blocked for 24 hours because i had cancelled to many times?????????????????????????/ dont mind your drivers cancelled on me more times then I did on them, and when the driver accepted they still had a drop of to do and said they were 20mins away Grab you will never be uber because of your poor customer service and policy - what about your drivers who cancel on your customer - is there a penalty for them? China / Australia if you want a business partner to take over this country let me know, apparently Grab is the market leader but there policies are poor Grab your pathetic and have double standards
