Service was fine, but completely overcharged for the extra items sold on the day. Emailed to say this but no response. Response to your email below, I have not had an email back from anyone. And the part was a detachable brush head, that does not need fitting, was not replacing a faulty part (was merely recommended that it would be better), and the part on-line is exactly the same in every way, shape and form. The engineer's visit was paid for in the cost of the service, I did not call him out to replace a brush head. Your part was 240% the price of exactly the same item on-line!

Really impressed! We called PHC because our Dyson was barely picking up. It was only a couple of years old, but Dyson wanted 100 to 'service' it! PHC was about a third of that price. The engineer got it working like new. He even cleaned and polished it up too! Wish they'd give my car a complimentary full valet when I have it serviced! The engineer was really professional. He did advise we should have some new filters - he showed us the state of the old ones and no wonder! Dyson still want to charge you even more ontop of their 100 for filters, so quite happy to get them from PHC. The engineer was on time at the time they booked for. He had his own mat and cleared everything up after, taking all the rubbish with him. Friendly local service that I'd definitely recommend! They're just down the road, but never thought about it before - it was actually our neighbours that mentioned them to us because apparently they have theirs kept in good nick with them and it's now 20 years old!
I would highly recommend PHC for servicing vacuum cleaners. I have a Vax Animal vacuum cleaner that hadn't been serviced in over 4 years. I was close to throwing it away and buying a new one. They came to our house in Basildon, took 30mins, deep cleaned the vax vacuum, replaced the filters, and it looked & sounded brand new.
Worst company you could ask to service your vacuums.. if your part of their pay monthly scheme they don’t change your filters just clean the vacuums and brush out the dirt in your filters, if your a new customer they will charge you for new filters 100% of the time and add on other stuff to bump up the price.
Great service, on time, polite engineer who explained everything and will be using again.
