Went to the owner to fix my element in my oven. He was so helpful did the work the same day and very reasonably priced. Excellent service. Plus brought my refurbished jetty which is like brand new with bags for a bargain. Highly recommend this store

Extremely bad service by an arrogant rude man who serves. Very unhelpful my 80 year old mom bought a hoover which was misleading in its ability and power, when she got it home it would not vacuum at all, no power at all, attempted to take it back to the shop for refund but the man serving was very arrogant and unhelpful, I have now taken the matter to trading standards.DO NOT buy anything from this shop, go to Argos where they have an excellent returns policy as this shop so the man serving told me you do not have any right to return goods, JOKER.
Great supplier of electrical spares, we were given great advice, and the part for our Dyson sweeper was in stock, Half the price of actual Dyson part, albeit a copy but works just as good.
