4pm on a Friday night and I needed a new tumble dryer - fast. Called this excellent shop. Discussed the options available, he sent me email pictures of the products, I made my choice. He actually apologised that he couldn't deliver that night!! He delivered on the Saturday, the next day, and removed the broken down item too. Such courteous and prompt service - and the price wasn't too bad either. Thank you!
Excellent service repairing our dishwasher for two different faults over the last couple of years. The sump started to leak a few days ago, I contacted DAR yesterday evening with a photo and description of the problem and Simon came with the replacement part and fixed it this afternoon. A very prompt response and professional service.
If 10 stars had been a option wouldnt have hesitated to give them. A reliable, efficient repair to our washer/dryer from a geniune honest engineer. Value for money? without a doubt and very good value too. Throughly recommend.
