Used T&G on recommendation from a friend. On separate occasions purchased both a washing machine and drier. Excellent value and service. Extremely efficient and delivered when promised. Would have no hesitation to recommend. Will definitely use again if needed.

Absolutely brilliant service. Can't recommend them enough. Called them at 9.20am and by 11am had my new washing machine fitted with the old one taken away. Honest advice with good prices and reliable service. Would definitely use them again.

I had called D & G engineer in for a Siemens washer repair but he had to \put it down\, he did however recommend T&G for a reliable and honest replacement. I phoned him at 3pm asking for another Siemens washer at my price. He said he would place the order (D&G engineer had warned me that with vivid 19 there was a general shortage of washers). However a suitable Siemens washer was found, an appointment made, washer installed and running and T& G engineer gone with the old washer by 5pm. Astounding and very impressive!

Handed my Dyson vacuum to be cleaned if possible after the cleaner used it to vaccum up a moist carpet causing it to stink. Was informed that it might not be repairable but tried anyway. Unfortunately the stink could not be cleared so took it back after paying for the service. All well and good so far. Problem started when I asked for a statement describing the issue with the vaccum and what he had tried so that I can put in an insurance claim. He thought about it for a few minutes and then flatly refused since he \did not want any involvement in litigation\. This wouldn't have affected him in any way as it would only be the opinion of an experienced repair professional. But to refuse this is extremely unprofessional and maybe even not legal.
