Fine’sgas as a company really has a great attitude and customer service. They gave me detailed information before I bought the product, and when there were some broken parts in shipping they immediately took care of it with no problem. They appeared to be staffed by professionals who have worked in the industries and therefore know a lot about their product. I rarely get five star reviews but I believe they deserve it.

Thank you guys so much! I was having issues with a fireplace I have in a recently bought house. With very little knowledge about what I was talking about, I tried (very poorly) to explain my problem. They knew exactly what I was talking about and got me the replacement part on the spot. Once installed it worked like new! Highly recommend!!!!

My husband bought and older home that had a ventless fire place. Very out dated. We ordered and contemporary style ventless. The fire place was here in two days. It was default. John the owner and his team worked hard with our construction guys to get it working. Best customer service every. Realizing it was not going to work, John was great he sent us a new one it was here in two days. I recommend this company to anyone. John and his team are very polite and helpful. My husband and I are very happy.
