Went in to seek professional help however, didn’t get much accomplished. First I was sent to someone over to the front desk where there was an employee that was too busy on the computer so I decided to pet the store cat until another associate named Ralph came over and talked to my wife and I. Was eventually asked to seek someplace that can look and inspect the gas fire place because, there wasn’t much more they could do at that point. Isn’t this fireplace/masonry place suppose be the experts in helping to find the best solution? My business will be going elsewhere.
