I am very frustrated trying to get help for our fireplace in our home recently purchased in Desert Mountain. You have serviced this our fireplaces shortly after closing, but the one in the great room goes off after 5 - 10 minutes (pilot light also). I cannot even get through to you on the phone to schedule a service call and your recording says you are busy, but does not even allow me to leave a message. I have been trying for over three weeks to contact you to no avail. Please let me know how to reach you. Charlene Sloan UPDATE - Thank you for your prompt response to my request for help. I had to share my great experience with AZ Gas. I had a custom fire pit built that needed a burner and everything else. Ed made me a custom burner and recommended different looks that I could consider and even worked within my budget. It was a pleasure dealing with them and I would recommend them to anyone that doesn't know how to make their backyard dream a reality. Great people!

I am changing my previous review because the owner really stepped up to the plate. He and the men who came out to repair our fireplaces were very nice, friendly and professional. I recommend them not only for repairs and service but annual checkups every year. They discover a small gas leak in one of our fireplaces that would have turned dangerous with time.

I remodeled my fireplace (just the inside). Converted an old wood burning fireplace to a modern natural gas fireplace with crushed glass. It looks great! Ed offered options, advised on best options, and the parts were installed in less than a week!

s there anything less than 1 star. Called them initially in early February to check gas fireplace that wasn’t staying lit. You would assume it would be a simple fix. Two weeks later a “technician “ shows up and had no clue what he was looking at. After shocking himself three times, breaking wall plate and leaving a mess for us to clean he left saying someone would be in touch. Not to mention that the fireplace didn’t light at all! Never happened. I called a week later and someone took a message saying the owner would call back ASAP. Nope, didn’t happen. Called back the following week and the owner said he ordered the part and would install it that week. Nothing, no call. My recommendation is to avoid this company. From what I saw they are unreliable and incompetent.
