I have always found the staff very helpful especially Paula the receptionist she takes time to explain how the surgery works. Always has a smile and very welcoming. Dr Anna McCavana is an amazing doctor. She is professional and takes her time to treat you. I am so impressed with her skills, she makes you feel you are safe in her hands and she treats you with respect and kindness. Very happy with the service I get from this surgery.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Horrible practice. They take physical health as more of a priority than mental health. If you have any problems with mental health that include anxiety, health anxiety, depression etc - the majority of the doctors at this practice will dismiss you as being paranoid and laugh at you, you never get taken seriously for anything if this is on your record. So unprofessional, took a patient multiple visits to this practice along with a threat of complaint of their misconduct for his physical issue to be taken seriously. Hospital was shocked. Take your health needs elsewhere.

been coming this doctor since was baby now 37 so tried going and my script is never signed I just collected it went chemist they told me had go bk doctor get it signed well didnt why should so sick of this
