I got my immigration medical exam done. They sent a nurse to my place in Miami. Nurse arrived one hour after the confirmed appointment. Office was supposed to send me the exam results within 10 days. 10 days after not receiving them I called in and they promised me to send them. 10 days later I called again and they had not sent the results out. They were not willing to overnight them to my address despite the mistake they did and asked me to pick them up instead in Hollywood, FL. Zero customer service. Allen and Sabrina seemed rather helpless on the phone and had no leeway in making amends for this disgraceful customer service. Overall, very poor rating. Zero stars. DO NOT USE DOCTORs NOW!

When we went to our interview with the USCIS, the officer told us that the process was not completed properly. Not because of the form, but because I actually never met with the doctor. Only, a nurse came to my house to draw my blood. Those were THEIR words. Once again, I reiterate: I hired your services to perform a I693 for my immigration process The immigration process started on 2017 has been on hold for the single issue of this form On my last interview the officer explained that the form was not properly filled. She did not make mention to the date of the form as you are claiming, she did mention to the HOW it was filled and the process carried out by the company. In summary, it was not acceptable. Finally, I was asked to re-do this exam and fill the form (as shown on the letter sent on previous email). Suggested not to be done with you given the previous results. It is not my problem if lab tests were done, if the nurse was paid or any other cost you had for this. I hired you to prepare an acceptable i693 per USCIS requirements. It is not my problem knowing what the process should be, I only care about the result. And in this case the result was UNSATISFACTORY. I implore you to refund my paid services immediately. ( I SENT THIS LETTER ON MARCH, AND HAVE NOT RECEIVED RESPONDE FROM THEM, THEY ARE IGNORING MY MESSAGES AND CALLS.) DONT TRUST THIS COMPANY
