My experience with Dr chan is aways a blessing to me when I go there because he's not just a lung dr,he also cares about your well being as a person.he checks me out head to toe.i would not trade him for any other lung dr.thank you dr. Chan for being.

Everyone at this office is kind and caring!! The Drs actually care about you and your health! They take the time to listen and explain everything! The girls at the desk also are very helpful and care about you as a patient in need. I recommend this office to everyone!!!

The front staff here are very rude. Being sick and in severe pain is bad enough. I shouldn’t have to deal with an angry front desk person. Jean or Jane or whatever her name is at the front desk, should slow down and find some compassion for people. I love my doctor, I don’t appreciate the front desk staff.

Worst clinic ever,had 11:30 appt. 45 mins. Later they put me in room 15 mins. Later I started to leave and they asked if I could come back at 1:15 pm! What the he'll? Then they said were not busy at 1:45 pm well I went there 1:45 doors locked till 2pm on lunch! Then I came back at 2:30pm I said I gotta go to work at 3pm ,3 pm came and went...so did i!!!
