Very unprofessional. Bad experience with the the owner. Would highly recommend going anywhere else but laurel mountain homes. Once the finance is done your basically on your own. They never answer or return phone calls and try to do as little as possible. Very,very disappointed with them and there practices. Been calling them with issues we've had since the beginning of the game they play and finally got the owner to contact me only after I threatened legal action. Really bad experience and don't have any plans of recommending them to anyone. They were great up until the home was delivered and totally disappeared after that. They act like they care when they are getting money but claim to be extremely busy and short staffed. They have every excuse to avoid following up with there obligations. I personally had to finish things so we could move in. The owner has no home building experience. Yes just a salesman
