We drove down from South Bend Indiana to Bedford Indiana where they're located they were only open till 12 today being Saturday we got there late by not too much called ahead and they said they would wait for us and they did!! We spent over an hour with them they didn't rush us at all we could have spent more time with him he was so pleasant and so nice and explained everything... We absolutely will use them when time is right after we get the property even though we had to drive a little over 4 hours down there to meet with them it was well worth it!! Steve and Sharon

The prices are actually in the high side for the condition the trailers are in. Some of the trailers had windows broken, floors falling in, toilets falling through the floor, black mold in all of the windows, under the sinks, and inside the walls. Carpet that's disgusting from so many people moving in and out of them and not being shampooed deeply just vacuumed, some of the carpets look to be the original carpet that came in the trailer and these trailers are at least 20 years old anyways. For the condition they're all in, rent wouldn't be above 450 in my honest opinion. If they were in better condition it would be worth 550. Can't even report the black mold in our trailer because we were told that, \if that's true then you will be evicted.\, not a \we will look into that right away and get it fixed\ or anything to help the situation but \you'll be evicted\. We are in a tight spot because we are doing good to pay the rent now, let alone be able to find somewhere else to move to that's in better condition. When we moved into our trailer, we had to have it treated for cockroaches, we have had to treat it for bedbugs because when people move in and out around us the bugs scatter and end up in the surrounding trailers. We had to bleach shampoo the carpets in order to let our son play on the floor, and the water was black when we shampooed it. We shampooed it 3-4 times before the water started coming up clear. The owner owns both Pride Estates and Thorne's Homes, and both places are slum trailer parks. We live in Pride Estates and we've lived here for almost 2 years, they change the rules constantly on things and now it's a little over the top like it's a luxury place to live. I wouldn't suggest it unless it's an absolute must like our situation was.
