Where else can you come see this many modular homes fully set up for viewing?!? Friendly staff that answer questions without any pressure sales tactics. They have awesome products that do not need any crazy sales technics. If you're a buyer you'll let it be known.. I planned only to stop in for a quick look. I ended up spending 5 hours!

After selling our starter home of 10 years, we decided to put a house on some land we had in the country. Homes By Vanderbuilt came highly recommended to us by a family friend and we could not have been more pleased with our decision to purchase our modular home from them. From the no hassle model home tours at their site, to the purchasing process, our experience from beginning to end with Homes By Vanderbuilt was awesome. Our salesman Keith Edwards was very knowledgeable, helpful, and patient with us during the entire process, as was the entire Homes By Vanderbuilt staff. Any time we had a question about any part of the process, the staff was prompt and courteous in assisting us. We let Keith know everything that we were looking for in a home and he suggested a plan that fit our needs perfectly. We were even able to customize certain rooms to our liking. We couldn’t have asked for a better home buying experience and we are so glad that we decided to go with Homes By Vanderbuilt for our forever home. They helped make our dream home a reality.

We started the process for buying a home from Homes by Vanderbuilt in January 2018 and did not close till February 2019. Even though the process was long we loved our house when we were able to move in. I contacted Vanderbuilt in July of 2019 to inform them that we had a leak in the unfinished upstairs window, they did send someone out and was told they hoped that took care of the problem. The problem was not resolved and I have contacted the service department of the company many times and I am always told the service department will contact the factory manufacturer ASAP. My next step will be to file a compliant with the BBB since after 2 years of the window leaking I am very concerned.
