Future Homes dealt with us honestly. We purchased the two-story colonial lot model from them, and we were happy with the attention to detail that went into the construction. The CEO, Fotis Boliakis, was accessible, and Bill Good (Operations Manager?) was good natured and helpful. Both inviduals gave me their cell phones and were available after hours for a couple of emergencies. They came through with a promised repair to the front door. We're considering buying a garage with a studio from Future Homes down the road.

Our home build was a disaster from day one. They rushed us and never gave us a single paper stating what we had chosen but I fortunately had dozens of emails to proove our choices. Half the house was built with 9 ft ceilings and the other half with 8 ! It took months and aggravation to get them to correct the situation. They put 2 ft sofits in the kitchen, which all had to be removed, and the walls and ceilings repaired because the sofits would have allowed for a SIX INCH BACK SPLASH. There is not a single wall that is level, nor a corner that is square. They shorted the builder on every bit of material for the exterior making the the job run months over. They delivered the wrong kitchen cabinets and when they took them back the took the bathroom sinks, vanities, and faucets as well as the sink and faucet for the kitchen and NEVER replaced them. They have delivered the wrong window for the bathroom 5 times and we still don't have the right one. And these issues are just the tip of the ice berg. These people are the worst modular builders on the planet and I would not recommend them to an enemy.
