If I could rate less than 1 star I would, absolute shocking service was told delivery would be completed on the Wednesday so took the day off work got to 1pm and hadn’t had any contact so phoned to see if they had any information was told it would be between 4 and 6 pm nobody arrived, phoned back the next day to see what was going on received an apology and said it will be made that day between 5 and 8pm lone behold no delivery and they are shut for the night, next day contact them again they tell us they can’t get in contact with the driver and that his phone must be broken and that they will keep trying to get him and get us an update nothing by end of the day and they shut for weekend but upon speaking to manager who says he’ll keep us updated by email as he has access to emails via his phone heats nothing from him all weekend, phone him Monday where we eventually got an asnwer saying the drivers mate had not showed up and that he would be unable to deliver so has to be passed on to another company and we won’t recieve it till Wednesday, so I’ve been a full week without a sofa for my family which includes a young child as we had got rid of our sofas the night before the original delivery date given a week ago!They seem to think that any issue with this will have to be taken with masons du monde who we orders the sofa from won’t be using either of these companies ever again as the professionalism and level of customer service is nothing short of abbismal. Avoid at all costs !!!!

Why is this the transportation company serving Maison du Monde? How did they get that contract? Are they so cheap that quality doesn't matter? Maison du Monde has amazing service at the shops, at least in Antwerpen, but all crumbles down when it comes to delivery by this company. They only deliver in Belgium on Wednesdays and Fridays but even so they are not able to honor their commitments leaving the client waiting without any kind of information. They just don't show up and no previously agree communication is done. No consideration for the final customer. Utter lack of professionalism! UPDATE - for the third time, always scheduled by them, my delivery was not done. I phone, they're always very polite (surely some poor kid receiving minimum wage in a telephone sweatshop), they schedule, they confirm they'll come and nobody comes. Conclusion, I guess nobody cares. The guy on the phone doesn't care, the guy selling doesn't care, for sure management doesn't care. Nobody cares. They will only care when we stop giving them money.

J'avais un peur à la vue de tous ces commentaires négatifs. Mais pour nous aucun soucis. Livré dans les temps, les 2 livreurs sympathiques ont déposé le canapé dans mon salon, l'ont déballé et m'ont même monté les pieds. Et sont répartis avec les emballages. Bref, une livraison au top en ce qui nous concerne
Ravi d'avoir affaire à de tels experts. Les seuls du secteur à livrer des trottoirs, alors même que le livreur fait une sieste dans sa cabine ! Rien à redire, super conduite !
Livraison de 2 canapés ToutMesMeubles.com 5 colis poids total 217 kg. Rien à redire à part un retard de 30 min sur l'heure prévue mais à part ça que du positif. Les deux livreurs ont même déposés les colis dans la pièce de mon choix, déballés les colis et repris les cartons. (A noter que les colis étaient nickel pas de trace de choque) Sachant que sur ma commande il était prévu Transporteur : Livraison simple par 1 personne en journée complète (dépôt des colis au rez-de-chaussée en pas-de-porte) Donc dans mon cas je suis très satisfais de ma livraison.
Société d’une incompétence rare, malheureusement la société se chargeant de la livraison du mobilier Maison du Monde. Après 15 jours d’attente pour planifier une date de livraison et une demi-journée banalisée, livraison annulée 5 minutes avant en raison de, je cite « manque d’effectif et en retard sur le planning depuis 2 jours » et je passe les détails. Résultat, canapé (attendu depuis 3 mois) reparti à 300km à l'entrepôt. La suite au prochain épisode, prochain épisode qui s’annonce épique au vu de ce grand professionnalisme.
Je recommande également tous les ans car il y a énormément de monde et de très très bonnes affaires
