Terrible customer service skills, practically nonexistent. We had reoccurring problems with our alarm, which we were more likely to encounter after they’d been out and charged us for a ‘service’ that we didn’t necessarily need or want. We were told that it should be serviced annually but as a result ending up haemorrhaging money. Avoid.
