Go elsewhere for covid tests. I will say before the rest of the review that the doctor was exceedingly nice and no issues with the front desk like were mentioned in other reviews. Nurse was friendly and fast. There was a line in the morning to get test appointments. Someone from MED walked up front and asked the line to change positions. The line shifted and everyone at the front lost their places in line and were forged to the back. If MED recommends the line go in a specific direction or orientation they need a sign or need to ensure the line change goes smoothly without patients losing their spots in the line. I received an appointment for later that same day. I was there 5 minutes early and had to wait 2h 15m hours to be seen. MED could easily change their appointment method to avoid ruining behind, or take contact information to inform patients when they are running 2h 15m behind.

During this pandemic we all need to show a little grace. I arrived at the clinic at 4:45 PM. There were about six or seven people ahead of me. I waited outside the waiting room. Where I was the only person there. But the people that were waiting inside the waiting room were definitely social distancing. It did take a while for me to see the doctor. Maybe an hour an hour and a half. But when I did see the doctor she was very attentive. As well as the nurse aids that were there as well. They were extremely helpful. And I just thought after such a long day of seeing so many patients. They were still professional, courteous and attentive.

Not very friendly. My first time ever taking a drug test and they automatically assume you're guilty of something the way they speak to you. Not very polite and will never return. They proudly display their third best plaques on the wall. That is too high of a mark for that site.

Great facility and nice waiting room-the staff are very pleasant and I am sure the doctor is great, although I never got to see him because after 3 hours of waiting I left. Do not recommend them as a DOT Fed Med testing site purely because they are not set up with a dedicated person for that duty only. Wish they had told me when I went in that I was going to be there for 3 plus hours as I would have walked straight back out. Or the way it was going perhaps never being seen before 10 o clock closing. Cody - you need to let customers know about the wait- stop taking the money and more customers coming in - Let them know that the flight is full!!
