The worst thing i have ever made in my life is to have a contract with ziggo. I was fooled by them with subscription 500mb and they told i can cancel any time within 6 months( this was recorded on phone) and they changed their word and i have to stick to 1 year contract with high cost for nothing however i called them to cancel it as they mentioned (with in the second month). Also i moved to new house and was waiting for the technician at home, and i was surprised they send email that the technician came and did not find anyone at home and they charge me 35 euro. Definitely i do not recommend at all to have contract with them. And really regret the day i joined them.
Very bad quality, the customer service is a joke(you cannot find them or reach them) if you have a problem the solution is restart the router if this doesn't help you have to call a technician that will be paid from your pocket. i do not recommend this company. The equipment is old, internet speed sometimes is a joke, and you do not have how to take contact with an operator because nobody answers even after 45 minutes of waiting and i tried several times.

Horribly incompetent customer services My partner and I just moved to a new house. We were happy that we got a family package discount offer from ziggo and we could use it as our new service provider for WiFi internet. The girl at CS claimed that it would be even cheaper if we first use the normal discount for five months and then switch to the family package, and we gladly accepted it. Later it is found out that such operation is not possible and we have to re-do everything. We were instructed to wait till the WiFi box delivered to our house, then return it to their distribution centre. Then they will need time to process that they have received the old box, and send us a new box. When we asked whether it is possible to send us a new box while we have to rely on our limited 4G data, their answer was firmly no, because it was not allowed according to their standard operation procedure. Also they cannot give a firm answer around when can they confirm the receipt of the WiFi box they sent us. For over a week we have been contacting ziggo and what we experienced was constant line transfer to another CS, waiting for hours to get picked up and telling them the whole story as stated above all over again and again. Unsurprisingly the answer always comes to negatively unhelpful. One CS man who's believed of a higher ranked staff contacted us to know more about the story. He promised to call us back the next day to see what he can do but we never hear back from him. We are going to cancel our contract. In conclusion, I strongly not recommend ziggo for the following reasons: 1. Untrained staff who would give misleading information. 2. Customers have to bear the consequences of their staff's mistake. 3. Unresponsive and unhelpful customer services. 4. Waste of money, time and effort to follow up and keep track on the whole thing.
Very helpful and kind helpers. Services was good. Internet quality really good. No problem with it! No lag, stabil. Low ms. Always active. Maintenance in a good time.
