We were in need of hearing aids for my grandfather and were provided with excellent service along with kind and understanding employees. Covid guidelines were followed as one would wish during these times and we felt safe throughout the entire process. Would highly recommend entrusting your issues to these experts as our issues were sorted in a very professional manner.

Just had a very bad experience with the rude lady at the counter (additionally - no mask or any other prevention measures - Covid times ). Totally disgraceful treatment concerning the after sale assistance. Tons of strange theories just to blame the user of the product (to my surprise I got to know that I have mistreated my sunglasses with heat, alcohol or just abused it in general). Totally positive that non of the above was my case. I would therefore encourage everyone to find another, reliable place for spending your money.

Beware. Deceivers for people without prior experience or knowledge. They will try to sell you a hearing aid that doesn’t need to be adjusted and “will compensate all your hearing loss” (but audiologists don’t like it... wonder why). They use cheap arguments to convince people like “developed by research of the US military... blablabla”. If you want hearing aid help, either ask your doctor or audiologist for recommendation or go to a widely known audiology center. Apart from that, they don’t have cleaning standards, having a dog that they allow anywhere in the clinic, even sitting on the chair where patients are examined. This seemed to me highly unprofessional.

Slimy salesman and so rude! Sold me an expensive hearing aid (because the one covered by the health insurance is ubbish\) for EUR2000 and sold me a pointless insurance policy that lasted for three months! I only discovered this when I had lost the hearing aid a year later and was asked to spend a further EUR2000 to replace it. I ended up buying a hearing aid from Beterhoren, which is paid by the health insurance and works totally fine, and is insured against loss for five years. Enginears did not cancel my service contract, which apparently I had signed for upon purchase, when I lost my hearing aid (nor did they mention that I may wish to, seeing as I did not have a hearing aid from their store anymore) and so I have been paying EUR10 a month for over 6 months completely unnecessarily. My daughter called to request to cancel this and when she suggested that they may have used unethical trading standards, the \gentleman\ on the phone, who we now know is the owner, unleashed a barrage of rude accusations (such as implying that she was a neglectful child). I can honestly say this is one of the most unpleasant people I have ever had to deal with. This man takes advantage of older people who need hearing aids and are easily talked into purchasing \service contracts\ and pointless insurance policies. This man would sell you his grandmother if he could. Perhaps he should expand into second hand cars - he certainly has the aptitude for it.
