I visited the Farnworth Iceland store on Friday 12th February 2021 at approximately 11.15 am. I wore my mask, exactly the way it should be worn, covering both my nose and my mouth. As I was waiting to be served, a lady Security Officer approached me and said, please could I ensure that my mask is over my nose, I replied that my mask had been over my nose, the whole time I had been in there, she said she had seen me pull my mask down a little to scratch my nose. I work for the NHS, I know exactly how important it is to wear a mask, I do not expect someone to approach me telling me not to scratch my nose. Whilst at the till, I could not believe my eyes, there were 4 male workers messing about towards the end of the aisle, not far from where I was stood, as I was packing my items. They had taken the mask off one of them, and was playing catch with it, so the one without the mask couldn't get it. I said to the the lady on the till, I cannot believe I have been told about not wearing my mask properly, and one of your colleagues is stood there messing about without one. The lady said, he has got a mask on ? I said, If you look, you can see he clearly hasn't, I wasn't impressed to say the least, to make matters worse, on my way out, I saw the Lady Security Officer standing talking to customer, no social distancing at all ! I found the store very unprofessional, I hope you have cameras in there, so you can actually see what was going on in that store. I have never felt belittled like she made me feel ..I visit other stores frequently and all the staff have been professional. I have put a complaint in but they're uninterested

Iceland changed completely! As a customer, I recommend to try it as they rebranded all their food line and start a new journey in design. The store looks different I was surprised after I gave it a go this year.
