Really rude to have someone in the middle of this Texas weather confirm an appointment for 9AM. They show up and none of your staff is here none of your answering service works your office says closed but your operating hours say your open. No message and you confirmed an appointment no less the. Two days ago. Thank you for inconveniencing people who drove in this nasty snow storm who are sick and coming to have dressings changed from dialysis implants. Your office sucks and I will tell everyone about this experience
