Making the decision to come to the CEC for surgery is one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I had surgery with Dr. Sinervo in March 2020 for endometriosis, and then decided to have surgery an additional surgery in January 2021 for adenomyosis. Like so many other endometriosis/adenomyosis patients, my symptoms were dismissed for years (I have no idea how many doctors I saw)— I started falsely believing that what I was feeling was normal and I just needed to be stronger and push harder. At 34 my symptoms intensified, I knew something was truly wrong, and I decided to fight for my health. Long story short: I convinced myself that I had endometriosis and I found the CEC. Dr. Sinervo was the first physician to ever fully listen to what I was experiencing, to make me feel heard and my symptoms validated. He is a phenomenal surgeon, and the compassion and love that Wendy (his surgical assistant) has shown me through both of these surgeries brings me to tears. The entire team at the CEC is amazing. You’re not just a number or just another patient to them, you’re a real person with real symptoms whom they really want to help. These two surgeries have given me my life back, and I couldn’t be more thankful. I am writing this review 2 weeks post op and I already feel better than I have in years. /// If you’re a prospective CEC patient reading these reviews and wondering if you should make an appointment — yes, you should. Your endo symptoms are real, what you’re experiencing is not normal, and the CEC will be there for you every step of the way. Please also do your research and read about the difference between ablation and excision for endometriosis (there is a lot of great info about this on their website) and why going to a skilled endometriosis surgeon, like Dr. Sinervo and his colleagues, is so important.

I literally don't have words for how amazing the CEC and Dr. Sinervo have been for me. It has literally been life changing after suffering with this disease for 13 years I was finally able to find a place where my concerns mattered and where I was truly treated like a patient. Dr. Sinervo and all of the staff were genuinely concerned about my wellbeing and always made time to listen and help me in any way possible. I never in my life thought I could receive care like this for Endometriosis and only 2 weeks post-op and I have already seen a big difference. To anyone considering seeking treatment here DO IT! It was the best decision I have ever made for my health. The CEC was wonderful. Dr. Sinervo is a life changer. Before surgery he actually prayed for me and my husband and it meant so much to us. I have spent my life in many hospitals through many surgeries both with myself and my mother who is severely disabled and I have not had a better experience with a medical professional. Thank you CEC & Dr. Sinervo for everything you've done and being able to treat me when no one else did. You are a true blessing and I cant say enough good about you all. ** EDIT: I am now 6 months post-op. My pain level has been cut down by at least 3/4 after everything healed. This surgery literally changed my life and has made my endometriosis manageable with small efforts such as heating pads and essential oils. Thank you again to the CEC for changing my life and healing my condition!

There are not enough words to describe my time at the CEC. Dr. Arrington was my surgeon. When I arrived there, I was immediately put at ease. He was kind, understanding, and completely honest. On surgery day, he and his assistant surgeon stayed by my side until I was put under. They were absolutely amazing. Any time I had questions, they’ve returned my calls with answers. While I hope I never have to go back, I would in a heartbeat if it was necessary! I’m so thankful for my experience. I’ve been relatively pain free since my surgery. Life is back to normal!

I have waited a few months to write this, because I wanted to give honest feedback for those dealing with Endo, because I was scared after previous surgeries. My surgery was the end of August and my life has significantly improved for the better! Dr. Arrington and staff(especially Wendy) were absolutely amazing and I cannot express enough gratitude for this team. I am beyond thankful that I took this leap and found the best care I could! The CEC is helping create coverage and expanding knowledge about this disease, while helping their patients, and while a few mild set backs have come up, my life is better than I ever expected after this surgery! With many women out there who deal with this, I would recommend the CEC without a doubt!
