Me and my wife made a return at a store with our Canadian Debit card and have been waiting almost a month for our money to be returned. We have called the customer service number numerous times and have been given the run around. Only the store manager seems to care and we are not happy. And are considering legal action at this point. Neiman Marcus doesn’t see lm to care about there customers

I bought my daughter a coat on line.12 hours later the price went down 35.00.The coat had not even shipped. I contacted their customer service. They refused to help me. Said they dont give adjustments. I shop at Neiman Marcus and spend 100's each year. Guess they dont value a good customer.I won't be shopping there again.
Don’t sign up for their credit card. It’s complete scam and their credit card/incircle department have the worst customer service ever!!
This place is good in the adult section but not in the kids. The kids section is way WAY over priced (in my own words).
