I love cox customer service, they are always the best. BUT today I spoke with someone exceptional. Vickie S. #860349 is by far my favorite customer service rep that I have EVER spoken to with any company, and im on the phone a lot for my job. She is by far the best. 11/10

Have not had good service since I've had it. I have to call them EVERYDAY. My service is always buffering or going out completely. This has been going on for 3 months. I've had at least 6nor 7 techs come out. No one can figure out what the problem is. I'm over it. Supervisor tech coming out tomorrow. If it's not fixed after this, I'm cancelling

Five stars for finally including text assistance. That simple accessibility made my experience 100%.

Colinda Florida Zero Stars asked her not to transfer me and transferred me even though I asked NOT to be. Transferred me to Tyson Kansas employee ID 192-74 floor supervisor in Tech support. Horrible customer service! I was on the phone for over an hour! Refused to transfer me to supervisor or manager! Cox have had a monopoly in Las Vegas for years T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon have now come to town with home internet so hopefully we will get some great customer service decent service and lower cost. T-Mobile are offering 5G home internet UNLIMITED with no cost for the equipment for 50 per month! Outstanding.

So frustrated w/ this company. My internet went down this morning and after 4 hours of attempting to speak w/ someone when I finally make contact I’m informed I will be w/out service for 5 additional days while we wait on a technician to come out? Seeing pt.’s remotely requires me to have WiFi so there will be no work or education in this household for the next 5 days! I’m not sure how this shows any kind of commitment to their customer. Lost revenue, scrambling to adjust schedules and a house full of anxiety. How this is okay I do not understand.
