Living in the same rented house for eight years I have never missed any payment in my rent . Paying by standing direct. But I have got a letter for them to let me know that I am in arrears . To pay immediately or I have to leave the house . After I speak with them and a missed payment was not find on record. I didn’t get a sorry just a rude young lady that don’t really know how to do her job properly. This have happened with another people I know. If you pay your rent with money, please ask for the receipt.
