If you can avoid it, do NOT go here. The staff is perfectly fine, but the billing department is utterly incompetent. Despite requiring a credit or debit card in file to render any kind of service and despite having my address, email, and phone number on file, both of the times I have gone to Midwest Express I have found out that they reported account delinquency to the major credit reporting agencies without ever actually sending me a bill. The only time I have gotten an actually itemized bill from these folks is after leaving 3 messages and refusing to pay without one. Again, the medical staff is perfectly friendly and capable, but whoever handles the billing is dangerously bad at their job.

Went here for COVID and flu tests and they were able to accommodate me very quickly. Staff was friendly and wore funny hats to lighten the mood. Pinball machine is old but fun, front desk can give you change for a dollar.
Very professional staff at a convenient location. The process for obtaining a covid test was very easy, from the online registration through obtaining the actual test. The staff was incredibly attentive and able to answer all questions I had.
Scheduled a Covid test online, and was able to get in quick, the same day! Staff was extremely kind and professional. Would recommend.
I was a walk in as soon as they opened, there were a few people in front of me but I was in and out in a jiffy. The exam was very thorough and I just felt very comfortable. I hope I don’t need to go back but if I do it will be this location.
