Going to an urgent care is never a fun experience, but the staff at this NextCare make it as painless as possible. I scheduled my appointment and arrived 20 minutes early. I was seen by the doctor and on my way home BEFORE my scheduled appointment time. The staff is extremely friendly, fast, patient, and informative. The office waiting room isn't the best but you're not living there. It serves the purpose of getting you on your way to feeling better. I would definitely recommend this facility and although it's a bit of a drive for me, I will return here the next time I need an urgent care. I only wish I knew about it a while back.

Prompt entrance and vitals personnel. However there is no Doctor taking care of your needs. Only a FNP. A family nurse practitioner. **Also, no MD info is provided w/ medical prescriptions. Az rules dictate there should be. No onsite labs or xrays were used for my sprain/ strain which they advertise they will use. A bit disappointed.

I came in for Covid testing and arrived on time. I just felt off when I came in and asked by the med receptionist, short haired lady. She was curled up, feet on the chair. I believe being in the reception area, you are accepting patients professionally and greeting everyone nicely. Being in a hospitality field, Most of the time a smile or a nice greeting can change a person’s day. They should be greeting people nicely. The 2 ladies who attended me and gave me the test were very nice.

Quick service! Automatic Covid test for anyone and sent me on my way with my sinus meds! Thank You!!!! All took about 30 minutes
