Staying at Sherwood forest resort, when booking we were informed that we would have a hot tube with the executive lodge arrived to find no hot tub for 200 but a sauna that we cant use, we also paided for the essentials pack that they have no record off for 26 they have no recond of the 3 calls made but only 2 but have no record of us ever mentioning a hot tub, very unorganised company will not be staying again
