Prompt and professional. My test was free due to promotion. My husband got his hearing aids at the same place. They do great follow-up after the sale. They adjusted his hearing aids and provide free cleaning. They explain everything in layman's terms so it is easy to understand.
Happy and helpful staff. Quick to get appointments set up. I felt the test was comprehensive and was the results were well explained. I was in for a base line test, to see if anything was starting to go. I'll return in a couple of years for another one to keep on track. Highly recommend.
