I’ve just moved my Mother out of this care home. She was initially happy there but a multitude of problems, primarily no heating ! It took me six months to get the manager Amy Haines and owner Mr Pattini to get a radiator in there, she was freezing cold , I haves to put a thermometer in the room along with a hidden camera to prove exactly what was going on. I have never dealt with anyone as patronising as the manager Amy, and all this at a time when you are trusting someone to care for your most precious family members it broke my heart to see my mum drugged up to the eyeballs on a prescription that was just requested over the phone, not even a doctors visit ! I now have made a formal complaint to the CQC but I would warn anyone considering putting their loved one in here, please please do your research the current situation here is beyond dire. Whether you are self funding as we are or not I would never again go here .
